Consumers have the right to withdraw and return the products purchased through the website http://www.chaserainbows.gr/ within 15 days from the date of receipt and request a refund of the money paid for the purchase of the product (excluding shipping costs). If the consumer wishes to return the product purchased online, he/she can do so by filling in the relevant withdrawal form or by sending us an email. The cost of the return is borne by the sender unless the product received turns out to be defective (after inspection by Chase Rainbows ) or there is an error in the order (e.g. wrong product, wrong colour, etc.) in which case Chase Rainbows will handle the return, always in consultation with you. A condition of the right of withdrawal is that you return the product to us in the original excellent condition (as new) in which it was delivered to you. We shall not be liable and shall not compensate a consumer or give effect to the withdrawal in the event that damage has been caused to the products through the fault of the consumer or in the event of use which exceeds the use necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and function of the products. In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents. The refund of the money you have paid us will be made through the payment method you have chosen to pay us (except in cases of cash on delivery). In the event that you have paid by payment card we will proceed directly to the card issuer and we will not be liable for any delays in crediting the price to you that are not attributable to us.
In the event that you receive a gift from our online store (and you have in your possession the change card) and you wish to make a change, it is possible to do so within 20 days of the date of purchase. In this case, contact us either by email or by phone to inform us of the product you wish to change and after we inform you of the cost of the product, you can choose another product of equal or greater value, paying the difference. In the case of gifts, refunds are not accepted.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

Chase Rainbows has towards you all the obligations provided for in the Civil Code for the seller. In particular, in the event of a defect in the product we sell you, you may (a) request its repair at no charge to you or its replacement with another unless this is impossible or requires disproportionate costs (b) request a reduction in the price and (c) withdraw, unless it is a minor actual defect. The above obligations do not apply if the defect has been caused by you, or by force majeure in the strict or broad sense. In any case, the products must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and receipts, and are not transferable from buyer to buyer. These obligations shall in any event lapse within two years.
If you consider that the product you received is defective, please contact us immediately, either by email or by telephone. After we receive the product we will examine it and if it is found to be defective we will inform you of your rights.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

The available payment methods are:
– Cash on delivery, payment on delivery. This payment method is not available for orders: Above 500€ (including VAT) for individuals (retail receipt) and Above 500€ (before VAT) for professionals/businesses (sales invoice).
